“It is clear that the staff know the children well and are skilled in identifying their individual strengths, this has such a positive effect on the children’s self esteem and confidence.

 

Children benefit from spacious play areas, plentiful resources and a very large garden with a variety of exciting and challenging activities including tree climbing! The children are also taken out on a variety of local trips, allowing them to explore their immediate environment and gain a sense of community. However they gain most from Kathy and the dedicated team of skilled practitioners here, who truly celebrate and value the children as the individuals they are.

There is a big emphasis here on PSED, children are clearly valued and their interests and talents nurtured and celebrated

The practice here is exemplary. The children have a full cooked lunch and tea. A huge range of different cuisines are served. Children also enjoy ‘help themselves days’ and take it in turns to choose what meals are offered. Children get involved in the shopping, cooking and growing of some of the foods served.”
